PREAMBLE
These general conditions of sale apply between the Company WYLDOS GROUP, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of 100,000 €, registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number B 751 748 849 whose head office is located at 26 rue Henri Becquerel 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois FRANCE;
Hereinafter referred to as “WYLDOS GROUP”;
And
Any natural person purchasing one or more products on the website www.stand-prive.com (hereinafter “the Site”);
Hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
These conditions are intended to define the terms of distance selling between WYLDOS GROUP and the Purchaser, from ordering to payment and delivery.
They regulate all the steps necessary for the order and ensure their follow-up between the contracting parties.
Any order placed on the Site published by WYLDOS GROUP implies the unconditional acceptance of the provisions of these conditions by the Buyer.
The Buyer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the Site.


ARTICLE 1: PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
The products offered for sale by WYLDOS GROUP are those available at the time of the announcement of the opening of the sale, on the dates and times indicated, and this, within the limit of available stocks.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, all taxes included, including VAT, excluding shipping costs and current promotional code. 
If the VAT rate were to be changed, this variation could be reflected in the price of the items. WYLDOS GROUP reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. The sale is concluded at the price in effect at the time of validation of the order. 
The prices are valid except for gross error.


ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT (SECURING PAYMENT)
Payment for the order is made by credit card or via the PayPal system.
Only cards bearing the “CB” initials are accepted, cards bearing the “VISA®”, “EUROCARD®” or “MASTERCARD®” brand accepted in France.
The validation of the order by entering the full contact details of the Purchaser, acceptance of these conditions and the bank card number, its expiration date and its security code (number to 3 (three ) figures located on the back of the bank card) is worth money order to pay the price of the order.
WYLDOS GROUP uses a security system aimed at protecting as effectively as possible all data related to the means of payment: the secure payment service Hipay . This service integrates the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security standard. After the order has been confirmed, the payment request is routed in real time to the Hipay secure electronic payment manager . This sends an authorization request to the bank card network. The electronic payment manager issues an electronic certificate. 
WYLDOS GROUP does not have access to data relating to the means of payment, which is managed directly by the security service, via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system.
As part of the fight against credit card fraud on the Internet, WYLDOS GROUP reserves the right to control all orders that have been validated on the Site. To do this, WYLDOS GROUP or any person authorized by it, reserves the right to request from the Buyer the documents necessary for the execution of the order: proof of address of less than three months and of the name of the Buyer but also those of the person indicated for the delivery. These requests will be made either by e-mail or by telephone.
In the event of a lack of response or an unsatisfactory response, WYLDOS GROUP reserves the right to cancel the sale in question.


ARTICLE 4: ORDER
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the information sheets available on the Site. The Purchaser undertakes to read this information carefully before placing an order on the Site.
Any order constitutes express acceptance by the Buyer of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Orders are made as follows:
Choose the items and place your selection in the basket. Then check and confirm your order by paying the amount indicated.
Once payment is accepted, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation email .
Any order requires that the Buyer has an electronic mailbox for sending and receiving in good working order. Otherwise, the Buyer will not be able to receive written confirmation of his order.
The order can be followed at any time in the “My account / My orders” section.
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order after viewing the details of it and in particular its total price and having had the possibility to correct any errors.
Any contract concluded with the Buyer corresponding to an order for an amount greater than 120 euros including tax will be archived by WYLDOS GROUP for a period of ten (10) years in accordance with article L.213-1 of the Consumer Code. WYLDOS GROUP agrees to archive this information in order to monitor transactions and produce a copy of the contract at the Buyer's request.
You can access the archived contracts by accessing your "History and details of my orders" area. The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a written confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery.


ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Delivery costs are indicated at the order payment stage. These costs are indicated inclusive of all taxes and depend on the weight and volume of the order. The Buyer is informed of delivery by e-mail.
Products ordered are sent within 48 hours on working days to Metropolitan France via the services of GLS, Mondial Relay and Chronopost.
Delivery costs are €6.99 for home delivery and €3.99 for delivery to a relay point.
Relay delivery is free for orders over €49.

For Belgium and the Netherlands:
Delivery services offered: SPRING, Mondial Relay and Chronopost.
Delivery costs are €6.99 for home delivery and €4.99 for relay delivery.
Relay delivery is free for purchases over €49 and home delivery is free for purchases over €69.

For Luxembourg :

NON RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE OR DELIVERY DEFAULT
In the event of the parcel being returned to our premises, following an impossibility of delivery of the latter (instance deadline exceeded, recipient's address incorrect), the customer will be notified by email or telephone. Without news from him within 7 days of receipt of the email, WYLDOS GROUP will automatically cancel the order. The shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
WYLDOS GROUP only offers referral once. If the package is returned a second time, the products are fully refunded, the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.   
In the event that WYLDOS GROUP fails to fulfill its obligation to deliver the product on the date or within the period indicated to the Purchaser or failing this, no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract, the Purchaser may resolve the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered, under the same terms, WYLDOS GROUP to make delivery within a reasonable additional time, the latter does not is not executed within this time.
The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by WYLDOS GROUP of the letter or writing informing it of this termination, unless WYLDOS GROUP has performed in the meantime.
The Buyer can immediately terminate the contract when WYLDOS GROUP refuses to deliver the product or when it does not fulfill its obligation to deliver the product on the date or on the expiry of the period provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 216-1 and that this date or this period constitutes for the Buyer an essential condition of the contract. This essential condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or from an express request of the Buyer before the conclusion of the contract. (Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code).
WYLDOS GROUP will reimburse the Purchaser for all sums paid, no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated. (Article L.216-3 of the Consumer Code).
WYLDOS GROUP is responsible until delivery of the product to the Buyer. It is recalled that the Purchaser has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.


ARTICLE 6: AVAILABILITY
The unavailability of the product is indicated on the page of the product concerned. If the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to inform the Buyer without delay if the product is unavailable.
If the Purchaser decides to cancel his order for unavailable products, he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for unavailable products no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.


ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, from receipt of the product, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

ARTICLE 8: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The products remain the property of WYLDOS GROUP until full payment of the price.
These provisions do not preclude the transfer to the Buyer, at the time of receipt by him or by a third party designated by him other than the carrier, of the risk of loss or damage to the products covered by the retention of title. as well as the risk of damage they may cause.


ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEES
9.1. Guarantee of conformity
Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code : “ The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.  
It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility ”. 
Article L.217-5 of the Consumer Code : " The good complies with the contract: 1 ° If it is suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable: - if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; - if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; 2 ° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted ”.  
WYLDOS GROUP responds to any lack of conformity existing when the product is delivered, as well as those resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation, when this has been charged to it or has been carried out under its responsibility
The action resulting from the lack of conformity lapses two (2) years after delivery of the product (Article L.217-12 of the Consumer Code)
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Purchaser may request the replacement or repair of the product, at his option. However, if the cost of the Buyer's choice is manifestly disproportionate with regard to the other possible option, taking into account the value of the product or the importance of the defect, WYLDOS GROUP may proceed to a refund, without following the option chosen by the Purchaser.
In the event that a replacement or repair would be impossible, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to return the price of the product within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned product and in exchange for the return of the product by the Buyer to the address next : 26 rue Henri Becquerel 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois FRANCE. 
Finally, the Purchaser is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the product except for second-hand goods for which this period is set at six (6 months. (Article L. 217-7 of the Consumer Code).
It is specified that this legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee granted, if applicable, on the products.
9.2. Guarantee of hidden defects
WYLDOS GROUP also responds to hidden defects in the product sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended or which reduce this use so much that the Buyer would not have acquired it or would have given only a lower price. 'they had known them, in accordance with the provisions of article 1641 of the Civil Code.
This guarantee allows the Buyer who can prove the existence of a hidden defect to choose between reimbursement of the price of the product if it is returned and the reimbursement of part of its price if the product is not returned. .
In the event that a replacement or repair would be impossible, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to return the price of the product within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned product and in exchange for the return of the product by the Buyer to the address next : 26 rue Henri Becquerel 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois FRANCE 
The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by Buyer within two (2) years from discovery of the defect (Paragraph 1 st of Article 1648 of the Civil Code). 


ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of WYLDOS GROUP can in no case be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contractual obligations attributable to the Buyer, in particular when entering the order.
WYLDOS GROUP cannot be held responsible or considered to have failed in the present conditions for any delay or non-performance when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the courts. French courts.
WYLDOS GROUP does not control websites that are directly or indirectly linked to the Site. Consequently, it excludes all liability for the information published there. Links to third party websites are provided for informational purposes only and no warranty is given as to their content.


ARTICLE 11: FORCE MAJEURE
The responsibility of WYLDOS GROUP cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure.
There is force majeure in contractual matters when an event beyond the control of the debtor, which could not be reasonably foreseen when the contract was concluded and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, prevents the execution of its obligation. by the debtor.
If the impediment is temporary, performance of the obligation is suspended unless the resulting delay justifies termination of the contract. If the impediment is final, the contract is automatically terminated and the parties are released from their obligations under the conditions provided for in articles 1351 and 1351-1 of the Civil Code.
In the event of the occurrence of one of the aforementioned events, WYLDOS GROUP will endeavor to inform the Buyer as soon as possible.


ARTICLE 12: RETURN electrical or electronic household equipment
In the event of an order for electronic or electronic household equipment, in accordance with article R. 543-180 of the Environmental Code, the distributor takes back free of charge or has used electrical and electronic equipment taken back on its behalf free of charge. which the consumer discards, within the limit of the quantity and type of equipment sold.


ARTICLE 13: SPONSORSHIP AND VOUCHER
As of January 15, 2021, the sponsorship program will no longer exist. Thus, any registered Purchaser will no longer be able to obtain vouchers when his referrals place their first order on the Site.   
If the referee does not place his first order by January 14, 2021 inclusive, the Referral Buyer will not receive his voucher.
If the godson has already placed his first order and the sponsoring Purchaser has already received his voucher, the latter remains valid for its initial period of validity, i.e. for (1) year from the godson's order. 
It is recalled that the vouchers have been or will be credited to the customer account of the sponsoring Purchaser and are not cumulative. A single purchase voucher worth ten (10) euros can be used per order for a minimum amount of forty-five (45) euros including tax, excluding delivery costs.
These vouchers constitute a means of payment in their own right and cannot be the subject of a monetary refund.

All the elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of WYLDOS GROUP.
Any representation or total or partial reproduction of the Site and its content, by any means whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of WYLGOS GROUP is prohibited and will constitute an infringement punishable by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.


ARTICLE 16: VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Any modification of the legislation or regulations in force, or any decision of a competent court invalidating one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale can not affect the validity of these. Such a modification or decision does not in any way authorize the

ARTICLE 17: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTIONS
THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PURCHASER AND WYLDOS GROUP ARE GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW.
IN THE EVENT OF A LITIGATION, ONLY THE FRENCH COURTS WILL BE COMPETENT.

In the event of a dispute, the Purchaser undertakes to contact WYLDOS GROUP as a priority in order to try to amicably resolve any dispute that may arise between the parties.
If no agreement is found or if the Purchaser justifies having tried, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly with WYLDOS GROUP by a written complaint, an optional mediation procedure will be offered , carried out in a spirit of loyalty and in good faith with a view to reaching an amicable agreement upon the occurrence of any conflict relating to this contract, including relating to its validity.

The party wishing to implement the mediation process must first inform the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt indicating the elements of the conflict.
As mediation is not compulsory, the Buyer or WYLDOS GROUP may withdraw from the process at any time.
In the event that mediation fails or is not considered, the dispute that may have given rise to mediation will be entrusted to the competent court designated above.


ARTICLE 18: MODIFICATIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
WYLDOS GROUP reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
The modifications made to these general conditions of sale will not apply to products already purchased.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

RETURN PROCEDURE
FOR FRANCE: RETURN PROCEDURE VIA CHRONOPOST

RETURN PROCEDURE VIA LA POSTE
Returns made by La Poste remain the responsibility of the customer. Regardless of the carrier chosen for the delivery of your initial order (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Chronopost), it is however possible to make a free return via Chronopost for France, and via Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg by following the instructions above. Orders made in Spain and Italy are not affected by free returns.

STATE OF THE RETURNED GOODS 
The products must be returned properly protected, in the original or equivalent packaging, in perfect condition for resale (unwashed, undamaged, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The goods are controlled by WYLDOS GROUP whose logistics department will rule on the perfect nature or not of the item (s) in order to validate the refund.
Returns of defective products caused by the Buyer will not be accepted. In this case the refund will be refused and the product returned to the Buyer. 
The responsibility of the Purchaser is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the product. The Purchaser has the possibility of testing the product but he may be held liable if he carries out manipulations other than those necessary.


RETURN FEES 
For France, Belgium and Luxembourg, return costs will be offered if the Buyer returns the Product through Chronopost, in accordance with the provisions detailed above. Return costs will be borne by the Purchaser if he does not return the Product through Chronopost, for Belgium the return costs will be free by Mondial Relay. For Spain and Italy, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.   


EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL 
In the event of withdrawal from the Purchaser, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting, where applicable, from the choice by the Buyer of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by WYLDOS GROUP) from the date on which he is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw. (Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code)
Unless he offers to collect the products himself, WYLDOS GROUP may defer the reimbursement until recovery of the products or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date selected. being that of the first of these facts.
WYLDOS GROUP will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that which the Buyer will have used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to use another means of payment and to the extent that the reimbursement does not 'will incur no costs for the Buyer.
The partial return will give rise to the reimbursement of the returned product (s). The initial delivery costs will not be refunded, the amount of our shipping costs being fixed and not depending on the number of products ordered.


EXCEPTIONS

- Provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period;          
- Supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the execution of which has started after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

Payment for the order is made by credit card or via the PayPal system.

ARTICLE 4: ORDER

NON RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE OR DELIVERY DEFAULT

In the event that WYLDOS GROUP fails to fulfill its obligation to deliver the product on the date or within the period indicated to the Purchaser or failing this, no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract, the Purchaser may resolve the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered, under the same terms, WYLDOS GROUP to make delivery within a reasonable additional time, the latter does not is not executed within this time.

ARTICLE 6: AVAILABILITY
The unavailability of the product is indicated on the page of the product concerned. If the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to inform the Buyer without delay if the product is unavailable.
If the Purchaser decides to cancel his order for unavailable products, he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for unavailable products no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.


ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

ARTICLE 8: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The products remain the property of WYLDOS GROUP until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEES
9.1. Guarantee of conformity
Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code : “ The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.  
It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility ”.

The action resulting from the lack of conformity lapses two (2) years after delivery of the product (Article L.217-12 of the Consumer Code)
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Purchaser may request the replacement or repair of the product, at his option. However, if the cost of the Buyer's choice is manifestly disproportionate with regard to the other possible option, taking into account the value of the product or the importance of the defect, WYLDOS GROUP may proceed to a refund, without following the option chosen by the Purchaser.

Finally, the Purchaser is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the product except for second-hand goods for which this period is set at six (6 months. (Article L. 217-7 of the Consumer Code).

9.2. Guarantee of hidden defects

The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by Buyer within two (2) years from discovery of the defect (Paragraph 1 st of Article 1648 of the Civil Code). 


ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of WYLDOS GROUP can in no case be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contractual obligations attributable to the Buyer, in particular when entering the order.
WYLDOS GROUP cannot be held responsible or considered to have failed in the present conditions for any delay or non-performance when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the courts. French courts.

ARTICLE 11: FORCE MAJEURE

ARTICLE 12: RETURN electrical or electronic household equipment
In the event of an order for electronic or electronic household equipment, in accordance with article R. 543-180 of the Environmental Code, the distributor takes back free of charge or has used electrical and electronic equipment taken back on its behalf free of charge. which the consumer discards, within the limit of the quantity and type of equipment sold.


ARTICLE 13: SPONSORSHIP AND VOUCHER
As of January 15, 2021, the sponsorship program will no longer exist. Thus, any registered Purchaser will no longer be able to obtain vouchers when his referrals place their first order on the Site.

ARTICLE 18: MODIFICATIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
WYLDOS GROUP reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
The modifications made to these general conditions of sale will not apply to products already purchased.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Principle AND PERIOD of withdrawal
The Purchaser has in principle the right to withdraw by returning or returning the product to WYLDOS GROUP, without giving any reason.
For this, the product must be returned or returned no later than thirty (30) days following the communication of its decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. 
In the event that the Buyer has ordered several products via a single order giving rise to several deliveries (or in the case of an order of a single product delivered in several batches), the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days. after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good. 
In the event of delivery of the product in several batches of parts, the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the last batch or of the last piece. 


NOTIFICATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise his right of withdrawal and in accordance with article L.221-21 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) to :

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the Purchaser must send his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


RETURN PROCEDURE
FOR FRANCE: RETURN PROCEDURE VIA CHRONOPOST 

Return shipping costs are free within 14 days from the date of delivery through Chronopost, and that, whatever is the chosen carrier for delivery of your order. 1. Log on to stand-prive.com and go to the "My account / My returns" section, then you just have to click on the order concerned by the return request. 2. Check the item (s) to return, specifying the reasons for the return, then "validate this choice". When you are done click on the "generate return" button. The return request is then taken into account. 3. As soon as the words "awaiting the package" appear, a return slip must then be printed on an A4 sheet and must be placed in the package. 4. Then print your Chronopost return label on an A4 sheet. Cut out the label (right part) and stick it on your return package. Your proof of deposit (left part) must be stamped and dated by the relay point. We invite you to keep it preciously until your return request is processed by our services.  


FOR BELGIUM AND LUXEMBOURG: RETURN PROCEDURE VIA MONDIAL RELAY 
Follow the above procedure.

Place the label on the package and drop the package off at the Mondial Relay relay point.


FOR SPAIN AND ITALY : 
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are strongly advised to keep the proof of deposit of your return package until your request is processed by our services.


RETURN PROCEDURE VIA LA POSTE
Returns made by La Poste remain the responsibility of the customer. Regardless of the carrier chosen for the delivery of your initial order (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Chronopost), it is however possible to make a free return via Chronopost for France, and via Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg by following the instructions above. Orders made in Spain and Italy are not affected by free returns.  
In the case of a return via La Poste, follow the following instructions:
1. Connect to stand-prive.com and go to the “My account / My returns” section, then you just have to click on the order concerned by the return request.
2. Check the item (s) to return, specifying the reasons for the return, then "validate this choice". When you are done click on the "generate return" button. The return request is then taken into account.
3. As soon as the words "awaiting the package" appear, a return slip must then be printed on an A4 sheet, which must be placed in the package. The return request is mandatory to exercise the right of withdrawal or for any other return request.
4. Drop off your parcel with sufficient postage at the post office.


RETURN TERMS
Within thirty (30) days of the communication of its decision to withdraw, the Buyer must return the goods.
This period is deemed to have been met if the Buyer returns the goods before the expiration of the thirty (30) day period.

STATE OF THE RETURNED GOODS 
The products must be returned properly protected, in the original or equivalent packaging, in perfect condition for resale (unwashed, undamaged, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The goods are controlled by WYLDOS GROUP whose logistics department will rule on the perfect nature or not of the item (s) in order to validate the refund.
Returns of defective products caused by the Buyer will not be accepted. In this case the refund will be refused and the product returned to the Buyer. 
The responsibility of the Purchaser is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the product. The Purchaser has the possibility of testing the product but he may be held liable if he carries out manipulations other than those necessary.


RETURN FEES 
For France, Belgium and Luxembourg, return costs will be offered if the Buyer returns the Product through Chronopost, in accordance with the provisions detailed above. Return costs will be borne by the Purchaser if he does not return the Product through Chronopost, for Belgium the return costs will be free by Mondial Relay. For Spain and Italy, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.   


EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL 
In the event of withdrawal from the Purchaser, WYLDOS GROUP undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting, where applicable, from the choice by the Buyer of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by WYLDOS GROUP) from the date on which he is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw. (Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code)
Unless he offers to collect the products himself, WYLDOS GROUP may defer the reimbursement until recovery of the products or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date selected. being that of the first of these facts.
WYLDOS GROUP will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that which the Buyer will have used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to use another means of payment and to the extent that the reimbursement does not 'will incur no costs for the Buyer.
The partial return will give rise to the reimbursement of the returned product (s). The initial delivery costs will not be refunded, the amount of our shipping costs being fixed and not depending on the number of products ordered.


EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts : (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code) 
- Provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has started after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;          
- Supply of goods or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;           
- Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;          
- Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;          
- Supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;          
- Supply of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;          
- Supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional;          
- Maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by him, within the limit of spare parts and work strictly necessary to respond to the emergency;          
- Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;          
- Supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;          
- Concluded at a public auction;          
- Provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period;          
- Supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the execution of which has started after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.          
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings, lingerie items or swimwear. Used or opened cosmetic products will also be refused.
